Universal metal fabrication, starting from individual components and elements, to complete enclosures, is another step towards providing our clients with the most comprehensive offer.

At Electro-Welle, we produce elements from galvanised and stainless steel, as well as enclosures from black sheet metal. Additionally, each product can be powder coated in any colour.

Throughout the fabrication process of all metal products, we maintain the highest quality standards and make every effort to ensure that the final product satisfies even the most demanding clients. Thanks to the use of CNC machines, the elements we produce are consistent and made with exceptional precision.

What machines do we use for metal product manufacturing?

At Electro-Welle, we focus on modern and proven technological solutions, which is why we continuously develop and supplement our machine park.

Currently, in our production plant, we use, among others:

  • Trumpf CNC punching machines which allow for the use of a large number of various tools, enabling flexible sheet metal processing. We use such machines not only for punching and perforating but also for various embossing or threading. This allows us to prepare ordered details faster and more precisely.
  • Trumpf CNC edge presses (both electric and hydraulic), which allow for bending previously cut elements. We have machines with a pressing force of up to 160 tons and a bending length of up to 3 m, so we can fulfil even the most demanding orders for our clients.
  • An Okuma machining centre, which allows for precise CNC machining of various, complex metal details. The machine has a working area of 1050 x 560 x 460 mm and the possibility of using 32 tools.
  • A Fanucci laser welder, which enables us to weld and join elements very precisely, even from thin black, stainless steel, and aluminium sheets.
  • A 40 kVA resistance welder, which allows for very durable welding of elements made from thicker sheets.
  • A press for clinching connecting elements, such as pins and threaded sleeves, nuts, or connectors.
  • A capacitor welder for connecting elements, which, among other things, allows for welding pins or threaded sleeves, without any traces on the external surface of the enclosure.

In fulfilling orders for our clients, we also use a traditional welding shop, equipped with professional welding tables and equipment ensuring correct and repeatable positioning of welded elements. As a result, all orders are executed with due diligence, and every client can expect an individual approach and the choice of production methods that will meet all expectations.
