Wire harnesses are an integral part of numerous electrical devices.

We specialise in the production of wire harnesses for various industries - from the electronics, through lighting, to medical industries.

We have KOMAX (Kappa 322) and Schleuniger (EcoStrip 9300) machines which enable the processing of single and multi-wire cables with the following parameters:

  • processing of single-wire cables with a cross-section of up to 16mm2;
  • processing of multi-wire cables with the option of processing internal wires with a maximum external diameter of up to 12mm;
  • cutting, stripping, separating, and processing of internal wires within the range of up to 12 mm external diameter of the cable;
  • cutting and stripping of individual wires from 0.08 to 16mm2 (AWG28 to AWG6);
  • wire marking.

For automatic wire processing (cutting, stripping, tinning, crimping, marking), we use the CrimpCenter 36S machine from Schleuniger with the following parameters:

  • processing of single-wire cables with a cross-section of up to 4mm2,
  • double-sided cutting and stripping of wires at lengths of 0.1-18mm,
  • wire end tinning,
  • double-sided pins/connectors crimping,
  • printing descriptions on individual wires during cutting (on cross-sections from 0.5mm2).

We perform connector crimping on pneumatic and electric presses. We are continuously expanding our applicator base to maximise the automation of the production process.

Harness assembly is carried out on dedicated assembly tables.

Comprehensive wire processing is complemented by a device for testing the pull-off force of connectors crimped on wires (Schleuniger PT25), a device for testing crimp height (Schleuniger CHM), and a micrographic laboratory for examining cable cross-sections (Schleuniger SIS6).

The entire production of cable harnesses is carried out in accordance with the IPC-A-620 standard.
