What are the stages of the recruitment process at ELECTRO-WELLE?

At ELECTRO-WELLE, the word “team” is crucial, so from the very beginning, we try to create a friendly atmosphere and make the future employee feel welcome with.

Stage 1

After receiving job applications and CVs, we analyse their content, and candidates meeting our requirements are invited for an interview.

Stage 2

During the interview, we ask the candidates about their experience, check their knowledge as far as the position they are applying for is concerned, and ask about their expectations. The whole process takes place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which also allows us to get to know the personality of candidates.

Stage 3

As part of the conversation, candidates are shown around the company, where they have the opportunity to see their potential workplace.

Stage 4

We usually inform candidates about the results of recruitment by phone.

Stage 5

In the event of a positive decision, candidates are asked to complete several standard forms and declarations, and start working in our company. New employees always undergo a series of internal trainings over their first days, which fully prepares them to independently take up the position.
