Printed circuits (PCB boards) are the foundation of every electronic module.

At ELECTRO-WELLE, we can provide our clients with printed circuits in any variant and quantity, according to the provided specification. We collaborate with the best PCB board manufacturers from Poland and around the world, ensuring the highest quality at competitive prices.

Printed Circuit Supply

Our company is a supplier of single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer printed circuits. They can be made from various types of laminates – including on an aluminium substrate, especially recommended for LED solutions.

The PCB boards we supply:

  • can have various solder mask finishes (matte, semi-matte, glossy, various colours, etc.),
  • can be equipped with peelable layers (Peel-off mask) to adapt them to a specific assembly process,
  • can have coatings compliant with ROHS (HASL tinning, chemical tinning, gold plating, etc.) and comply with the UL 94-V0 flammability rating.

We require every circuit to be electrically tested by its manufacturer, thereby minimising defective PCBs in the production process.

What are the stages of the collaboration process?

Based on RFQs and PCB files (gerber, project) provided by the client, we prepare an individual and optimal offer. Our proposal (upon the client’s request) also includes the best panelisation of printed circuits, enabling their later component loading with SMD/THT on assembly lines.

We can also extend the printed circuit supply offer with creating solder paste/glue templates for SMT printers.
